Where can I find technical support or registration codes for a product I purchased through Kagi?


Kagi provides sales processing for thousands of product suppliers worldwide. Technical support for these products is provided by the product manufacturer.

If you purchased downloadable software, download information and registration codes are often sent by email. If you received the "Thanks for your purchase" email after you paid, please read it carefully — you may have already received the information you paid for. At the bottom of the "Thanks for your purchase" email (you may have to scroll down), you will see any information that the product supplier has provided about the product. There will always be a contact email address for the supplier in the form of an @kagi forwarding address. Please direct any questions about product delivery or technical support to the supplier.

If the "Thanks for your purchase" email does not have the information you need, if you did not receive the "Thanks for your purchase" email, or if you are expecting a physical product which was never delivered, please use Kagi's Order Lookup System to check the status of your order.
